Highly recommended!
Our wedding was an absolute dream from start to finish—and we owe that to the wonderful planning and organization of our dear Sophie.
Every little detail was planned with such attention to detail that we could sit back and relax completely.
Communication was always warm and professional, our wishes were understood and perfectly implemented.
We felt very well taken care of and were able to enjoy our big day to the fullest. Highly recommended!
Reisenberg Winery, Vienna
Wedding planning in Vienna
When Gamze and Manuel decided to get married, they quickly realized that they wanted a celebration that lovingly combined their two cultures—something personal, stylish, and surrounded by nature.
The Reisenberg Winery, high above Vienna, was the perfect backdrop. The picturesque vineyards, the view over the city of Vienna, and the elegant ambience were ideal for their vision of a relaxed but stylish celebration.
- Preparation and location scouting:
The couple deliberately planned for a manageable guest list of around 60 people so that they would have enough time to spend with family and friends, some of whom had traveled from Turkey.
Wedding Day
The wedding day began warm and sunny—a perfect summer day, just as you would wish for an outdoor wedding ceremony. The outdoor ceremony was planned in the winery’s garden, overlooking the city and surrounded by grapevines.
Unfortunately, the summer weather in Austria did not cooperate, and shortly before the guests arrived, it began to rain. Together with my team, I decided to move the wedding ceremony indoors—the weather was too unstable, and the lawn was saturated with water. Fortunately, the bad weather alternative was just as beautiful.
The winery’s terrace is separated by a glass wall that can be opened even when it rains. This creates an outdoor-indoor feeling and preserves the view over Vienna. The atmosphere was emotional and very warm—many of the guests came from different countries, which made the mood even more lively.
The vows that the couple read aloud during the ceremony were particularly touching. They brought tears to my eyes too.
After the wedding ceremony, an ice cream truck was waiting and a samovar was ready to serve Turkish tea—accompanied by delicious macarons and small canapés.
Dinner was served as a multi-course menu—elegant and relaxed at the same time.
- Musik & Party
The absolute highlight of the evening: the live band “Basco Brothers,” who created an exuberant atmosphere with their energetic sound.
From the very first song, hardly anyone remained seated—and by the time the wedding dance was over, the dance floor was completely full.
- Challenges and special moments
The biggest challenge? Probably the question of how to reconcile so
Another special highlight was our audio guestbook, which proved particularly popular later in the evening and is sure to contain many funny memories.
