FAQs

In principle, of course, it’s always first come, first serve.
Especially the popular wedding months such as June and September are quickly fully booked.

As a rule of thumb, I would say that it makes sense to start about 1-1,5 years before the planned wedding date.
That way we have enough time to go through everything in detail 🙂

But I’ve also had plans where we only had 6 months – and they worked out without a hitch!
You may just have to be a little more flexible when it comes to service providers.

I plan your wedding from a per capita budget of approx. € 650.

For 80 people, that would be a total budget of around € 52,000.

Factors such as the number of guests, the preferred style of the location, the month and the country can position the price up or down.

I have prepared an example for you as a guideline:

  • You want to get married on a Saturday in June
  • you would prefer a villa or a castle that is exclusively available to you
  • a wedding in Italy would be great
  • you expect about 80 guests
  • You definitely don’t want to do without a videographer
  • in principle you are fans of many small details and program points

Then you should definitely expect a budget of € 70,000 or more

You are very welcome to contact me at any time for individual points of your wedding!
I will then charge you by the hour.

On the day of your wedding I usually come with 1-3 assistants (depending on the size of the wedding) to ensure that someone is available for you and your guests at all times!

I have been planning weddings for 4 years now and it was the best decision of my life! I am a passionate planner and I love LOVE.

I have actually been working in the event sector for 7 years and have co-organized and supervised several events for the Museumsquartier, as well as Café Central, Palais Ferstel, Palais Daun-Kinsky and the Wiener Börsensäle.

The prices of a wedding planner vary greatly.

Factors such as location, experience and expertise play a role here.

There are also different pricing models.

Some wedding planners charge a flat fee, others have a percentage model where they take a certain percentage of your wedding budget as a price.

How much money do you need for a vacation?

That always depends on your wishes and ideas.

If you don’t have high expectations, you will certainly get by with less than if you are planning a destination wedding for a whole weekend with 100 guests.

In most cases, this is the location including catering. You can expect around 60% of the total budget to be used for this.

The buffet is similar to the entire wedding.

You want a buffet including service staff – then it will be more expensive.

You imagine that there will be fillet of beef – then it will also be more expensive.

If you are happy with schnitzel and potatoes as a side dish, you can save money here.

Witnesses are no longer compulsory in Austria.
