Why a wedding planner?
As your wedding planner, my primary role is to fulfill and exceed your wishes and expectations for your dream wedding, leaving you speechless on your wedding day.
I will take you by the hand and guide you step by step through the individual planning tasks until your big day, when your only task will be to say “I do” and have a relaxed, enjoyable time.

The cornerstone of any planning is the budget—without knowing what you can spend, there’s no point in even starting—because without this foundation, no calculations can be made, and these are essential!
“But this is our first time getting married—how are we supposed to know what a realistic budget is?”
With years of experience in the wedding and event industry, I can help you create a budget plan that is tailored to your needs and fits your vision.
What are your ideas for the perfect wedding venue? How many guests are you planning to invite to the wedding? Will it be a one-day celebration, or would you like to celebrate with your loved ones for a whole weekend? Should the wedding take place in Austria, or are you planning a destination wedding? Are decorations particularly important to you? Would you like to have a videographer there?
I will go through these and many more questions with you to create the “perfect match” for a budget plan.
The next steps
Once the foundation has been laid, it’s time to start looking for a venue, because without a wedding venue, there can be no celebration 😊
Based on the ideas we discussed earlier, I will create a portfolio folder for you with suitable wedding venues.
Here, I will go into detail about the conditions on site in order to give you the best possible first impression.
Your task is then to look through everything and give me feedback (we like everything very much, we particularly like one location, etc.).
Booking your wedding location
Depending on the package you have booked, I will be present at the first viewing and will assist you with any questions you may have about the location and the design options for your planned celebration.

When do the invitations need to be sent out? How long should we give our guests to RSVP? Do we need a dress code? And what should we actually include in the invitation?
I have planned and organized more than 30 weddings and events in recent years, and I know the timing and organizational aspects of a wedding or event like the back of my hand!
On request, I create a personal checklist for each client for their wedding so that you (if you wish) can be at the same stage of planning as me at any given time.
